Community nursing

We strive always to ensure that no matter what type of attention may be needed, our highly experienced staff are ready to deliver excellent care every step along the way. Our team of expert nurses and caregivers provide personalised plans, programs, and supports that empower caregivers to confidently care for you or your loved ones. Our Community Nursing includes services ranging from helping with appointments to complex tasks or care.

Our community nursing plan includes

Bowel care

Our service includes assisting with personal hygiene while maintaining strict cleanliness and safety standards. We acknowledge the private nature of our support and always seek your consent before proceeding. For more complex needs, we manage non-routine medication, ensuring you receive comprehensive support tailored to your requirements.

Enteral Feeding Management

We maintain hygiene, manage enteral feeding with consent, and monitor for safety. We keep the stoma clean, address equipment issues, and adjust feeding as needed. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, we respond to health changes, ensuring proper nutrition and intervention. High-risk tasks, like Nasogastric (NG) tube replacement, are healthcare practitioner duties, though we can assist with PEG tube issues under medical supervision.
