Meet Sam Watadza, our dynamic Registered Mental Nurse and director of Embrace Healthcare Solutions. With 16 years of experience in child, adolescent, and youth mental health, the learning disability sector, aggression management, and nurse education, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Trained in the UK, he also holds a Masters in Nurse Education.
Beyond his professional role, Sam is passionate about mentoring youth groups at his Church, helping to shape and inspire the next generation. He also shares his mental health knowledge and experience as a lecturer for nursing students in the Pilbara region.
When he’s not in the healthcare setting, you’ll find Sam exploring the stunning landscapes of the Pilbara region, walking and camping under the stars, and soaking in its natural beauty. An avid reader, Sam loves diving into a good book, but he’s equally active on the sports front, whether playing badminton or boasting the ball on the squash courts.

Olivia Stavely
Olivia Stavely is an experienced healthcare professional with over nine years in the industry, specialising in clinical leadership and nursing. Currently serving as a Clinical Lead at EHS, she oversees clinical operations, ensures compliance with healthcare standards, and leads a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Olivia is known for her strong skills in patient care, team management, and quality improvement, consistently enhancing service delivery and patient outcomes.
Olivia’s career journey began in personal care assistance, progressing to become an Enrolled Nurse in aged, acute, and palliative care settings. She has since advanced to the role of Registered Nurse, gaining comprehensive experience across all aspects of nursing, including accreditation and clinical leadership in aged care.
Beyond her professional life, Olivia is a mother of five who enjoys an active lifestyle. She loves spending time on the water, snorkelling, and fishing. A passionate cook, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes and cuisines. Olivia also has a deep interest in music, art, and therapeutic sound sessions, and she is about to start weekly art classes. Recently, she and her family spent 12 months travelling around Australia, an experience she treasures.

Kaitlin Evans
Kaitlin Evans brings seven years of dedicated experience in community care to her role. In 2023, she earned her Certificate IV in Community Care Services, further enhancing her skills and expertise in providing exceptional support to those in need.
Kaitlin is also a devoted mum to two wonderful daughters, and they all love living by the coast. One of their favourite activities is travelling out of the Pilbara to visit family, creating cherished memories and enjoying quality time together.
Balancing her professional career and family life is a rewarding challenge for Kaitlin. She is passionate about making a positive impact both at home and in her community.
Ronika Prakash
Ronika Prakash is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in pathology collection, aged care, and disability support. She is committed to providing compassionate and effective care, holding a Certificate III in both Pathology Collection and Aged Care Work. Ronika’s experience spans roles at Western Diagnostic in Karratha, Yaandina Aged Care, and EPIC Karratha.
Fluent in English and Hindi, Ronika is known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. She is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for those she cares for and continually seeks to expand her skills and knowledge.
Outside of work, Ronika enjoys gardening, swimming, travelling, and reading, finding joy in both outdoor activities and quiet moments of relaxation.
